Default PPL

I just flew from Olympia to Salem, OR and returned with a fancy new piece of paper.

I took up my first passenger today. I'm a little broke now, but with that out of the way perhaps I can concentrate on a plan to start building.

Good show member-fryer...I've heard it both ways;
1. do I put my money into staying current with my flying this month? or, 2. put that 500.00 this month into building my plane and getting less proficient...
Thats a difficult choice between two GOODS!
Hope you can balance both and keep spinning those plates on the sticks!

In any case, abig HUzzAH to you!!!

congratulations mfryer

your right it cost lots of bucks to stay current if you have to rent a plane every time. that is one thing that drove me to start building my own cozy.

I figure I can always get caught up on the flying later when I get close to being done with the build.

The FBO I use has a CUB. I am leaning on getting the tail wheel endorsement out of the way while I can.

I think building will might have to wait until the weather gets sour. There is a lot of summer and fall left this year.
