Hi all,

Rough River's only 2 weeks away. The Wiki says we still need:

* Large coolers
* Salads, potato, cole slaw, be creative
* Chips
* Plastic Cups
* Ice - available across the road?

If you're just lurking, you can post your donation here and I'll put it on the Wiki for you.

I would be glad to bring chips and plastic cups. This is for saturday, right? I am going to be departing NY (7G0) shortly after 5pm on Friday. Unfortunately, I will be driving down....

How many do I need to bring? (ie: how many people)

I will be coming down with a co-worker of mine who is an engine expert. He wrote a software application called MegaTunix, which is an interface for the MegaSquirt standalone ECM. wooooo

I just hope that I can get to, at the very least, sit in a 'built per plans' cozy to see if I want to make any cockpit modifications for size/room (Moving seatback, bulkhead, etc)

Hell, a ride would be awesome if I could manage that as well.

YES. Current status: Chapter 4 complete. Ordered the Chapter 5-7 kits from AS&S.

Also: Started ground school, and Joined Local EAA chapter (going to a meeting TONIGHT in fact) I wanna recruit people for a 'plane day' once every other week. I really need to get the project in high gear. My life has become a bit more stable, thankfully, so I can devote a LOT more time to this endeavour.

Since we last met, I: Sold my company, took on a full time job, changed full time jobs, and am in the process of starting a company that, let's say... has something to do with composites (nope, not aircraft). Sold my house, looking for a shop to continue the build in (maybe my EAA chapter house). Also, I am in the process of getting my 'blog based' Cozy site back online.

whew. what an update.

Assuming the weather allows me to get there, you're welcome to both.

Are you talking about an engine cylinder compression tester? I have one of those. What did you have in mind?
