I see Kevin's been playing again

The canard map now has filter capabilities.

Kevin, a few suggestions if you have more spare time....

1. Make the map come up initially without data (and consequent delay).
2. Make the filter options more prominant since this is how they'll get data displayed
3. Allow selection by state or state list. Pity State isnt a data field.
4. Allow selection by name, possibly from a list.

I'm not sure how the East of, North of options work. Are these lat/long based?
Perhaps this could be explained in the description.

Thanks for all the work. This is a valuable tool for all canardians and prospects looking for projects to visit.

Path of least resistance....ask.

What's the easy way to get to the map without scrolling back the threads. Dust/John, how about adding it to the selection bar on top?
