Default cool Prop looks, what is this ?

Just found this on the velo homepage 4 sale.

what is this swept prop ? looks veeeeeryyyy coooooooooll *shiver*

That's Gilles Gratton's velocity, and he built it up himself, but it's a copy of somebodies smitar prop design, but I can't remember who builds (or used to build) props like this.

Thought it was a http://www.oregonaircraftdesign.com/props.html Kiev prop, but it looks like a monolithic hub. Very interesting looking!
