Thumbs up My newest toy.....uh, I mean IVO prop

My new three blade, in-flight adjustable, IVO Magnum prop just arrived. Wow, it's pretty. Make me feel like I am actually building a plane. Some moments make it seem much more real. GREAT motivator to go out and fill, contour and sand.

IVO made the delivery pretty darn fast. I just ordered last week.

John, how is your install and testing going? Any words of wisdom? Anybody?

Dave, I know you gotta work, but I can't wait 'till we meet at the hangar and play with the new toy.

All the best,

Chris

I think I gave you all I know so far in that other thread. I learned that it takes 16 seconds for full travel. I set up the switch so that fine is up, same direction as throttle.

I'm out of town for a week, so there won't be any test reports till I get back.

You sound like me and my boss when we get together... Last time it was the fuel dumps on our Merlin that we wanted to play with... we thought it was really cool to watch the streamers of fuel coming out of the wings... until we found out how much fuel it dumps per minute

Gotta love high priced toys.
