Default Canard Camp Chairs

Get the ultimate accessory for the next fly-in, your own Cozy Camp Chair, customized with your plane and your plane's numbers or name. This chair folds up and a pair of them can be stashed inside a baggage pod, or in the rear seat.

This seat is comfortable with a padded shoulder area and breathable mesh in the back. It has two beverage holders in the arm-rests, and a safety locking system to keep the chair from folding up and pinching fingers. The accompanying bag is also embroidered with your plane's N-number or name. XL Cozy Camp Chairs are available in Navy (shown) and Gray.

There are two less-deluxe versions available in varying colors. A very compact arm-less chair weighing 5 lbs. is $35.00 and a 7 lb. arm chair is $40.00. The Cozy Mk. IV is available now, but other canards will be available soon.

PM me to order or for more details.

Now that is the kind of ad I don't mind. Let me know when you get a Velocity SE w/ FG available.

All the best,

Chris

Wink COZY CAMP CHAIRS

Sorry to break this to you Len, but due to the retractable gear you can't call these "Cozy" camp chairs. Now where is that scarcastic icon?

I haven't decided what to call my bird yet, so I'm using "Cozy" in the generic sense, like Kleenex. Those are the plans that I have, so that's what I call it for now. I guess I should have called them the "Canard Camp Chairs" to be more all-inclusive and touchy feely. Not that it matters, I'll put any plane you want on the chair, and you can call it anything you want.

New designs for the Canard Camp Chair!

These are renderings of the newest designs for the newly renamed Canard Camp Chair. These designs are in basic white, but can be easily customized to any paint scheme that you can imagine (including any variation of NACA scoops on the Velocity).

Ask and ye shall receive.

And for the purist...

Default Two more!

We are accepting orders now, and the first 8 or so can be delivered for Christmas. I have two more Velocities ready, and I'm working on an alternative XL/XL-5 that doesn't have the near canard buried over the body. This is not a problem if you want your XL or XL-5 matching a paint scheme other than basic white .

On deck are the Velocity XL FG, Long EZ, Vari-Eze, and Berkut...

They'll die a fiery death almost immediately, even for thinking about it.

How's that for scare tactics and fear mongering?

I have no opinion about lower winglets on actual planes, but they can easily be removed from the embroidery, just like paint schemes and the Cozy Girrrls strakes can be added.

Len,

As a side note/somewhat off topic.... will you and your wife be willing to do custom embroidery on stuff like seat cushions for planes if the person supplies the fabric and what design they want done?

Yes!

Upholstery, jackets, polo and denim shirts, hats and duffel bags. Any and all of that! Actually my wife is already working up a design for duffel bags that will be custom fit exactly to the shape of baggage pods. Those will be customizable as well.

I'm pitching these chairs now, because they are something relatively unique that most embroidery shops do not have the capability of doing, and also I have a few finished examples to show. For the chairs, we don't charge for customizing, which is a rarity for embroiderers that do one-offs or low-volume orders. Seat cushions are a different story that will have to be worked out with my wife, but she is open to doing things like that.
