Default 2007 Rough River Report

Well, the lunch came off without a hitch, except of course, running out of food!

We went through 250 dogs, huge pot of chili, 50+ lbs of salad, an entire table of deserts, cases and cases of pop. Plenty of mustard, ketchup, onions, plates, bowls and once again, no kraut, seems the kraut man was off flyin!

The eaters, i would estimate about 150 or so donated $484.00

Well, it is now bigger than our personal pocket books should endure, sooooooooo, all who brought stufffff - PM me the amount you spent and i'll reimburse all based on the amount we collected.

I'll post detailed financial information.

Why don't you just put it towards next year's lunch? I was not a participant this year, but if I had been I would not want a refund. IMHO. We are plannning to attend next year!

Well Phill, i personally spent $185.00 buckaroos, i would not mind getting it back. One guy spent $60.00 on pop.

That does not include the $99.00 i spent on Sunday mornin coffee and stuff from last years collections.

That also does not include the emergency $35.00 beer stop i made on my way down when i got a call from a few forum members that it was needed. Or the $100 buckaroos that Kumaros spent on booze.

Eat kraut or go fly... it was a VERY tough decision.

Don't know how I would have felt or many others who took advantage of the endless amount of bottled water as well.

Only 1 person besides me has turned in the amount they spent (60.00 bucks for pop) - please tell me - the lunch was expensive for some

Someone please post this message on the other forums
