Default Makin templets

Hey Dust,

How much would you charge a guy to cut out a full set of wooden templates for the Cozy? All the fuselage bulkheads?
They are really easy to make, trace the bulkhead on tracing paper, spray glue on the paper and glue to 1/4 luan plywood and carefully cut and shape.

Good to go

If you mess up - retrace and recut.

I do have an improvement, ears for starting and stopping the router cut. I have one templet at home, will picture it tonight, pic really makes it clear.

It is great having perfectly symmetrical bulkheads and laser looking cut edges.

I have a compete set of plans, have not cut one, always traced, great to have for a reference.

Tools needed, drill for inside hole corners, saber saw for inside cutting, band saw or saber saw for outside. Sanding blocks, good plane building practice

The one templet i have is for a 3" wider cozy, what i wish i had built
Enjoy the build, njut av byggandet, godere il costruire, nyd bygningen, geniesse den Bau, apolafse tin kataskevi, disfrute la construcción, curta a construção, Pidä hauskaa rakentamisen parissa, bouw lekker,uživaj grade?inaslajdaites postroikoi, geniet die bou

maker of wood, fiberglass, foam dust, metal bits and one day a Cozy will pop out and swiftly whisk me from meeting old friends and family to adventures throughout the world
