Default Nose gear cover

Anyone out there know where I can obtain the NB nose gear cover? If so, about how much does one cost?

I have been thinking of building a form and making my own. I think I have a fairly good idea of its shape. If I do build my own, how many plies would be appropriate for this part?

I wouldn't waste money buying one. They're actually pretty fun to make. The dimensions and plies are in the plans. I believe 2 plies. If you're insistent on someone else making you one I still have the foam pattern and can whip it together in a day. It doesn't have to be exact at all. Just a big enough hole for the wheel to fit. I cut out little windows from plexiglass. Dust bought some flashlight lenses and glassed them on.

Thanks all. I will definatly make my own. I do not see any directions in the LONG-EZ plans for this, but i think it should be pretty easy with the info I have.

Tip: Make the botton rectangular instead of oval like the photo. Easier if you want to add gear doors later. Make it a little deeper, wider, and longer too. That way you'll have room for say a bigger tire/nosewheel, etc. down the road. Just my thought.
