Default Jannie's answer to a fuel loss problem

Here's a great simple solution Jannie came up with for potential fuel and fuel cap loss.

Hi Folks,

I thought I'd share this with all. I came up with a "device" that could
save
your life.

A fuel cap retainer that automatically shuts off the fuel loss in the
event
of a fuel cap loss. It will surely minimize fuel loss.

See http://www.cozysa.estart.org.za/cozy.htm and go to the safety menu
item.

Please let me know what you think - criticize as much as you like.

Kind regards,

Jannie Versfeld

That seems like a very novel idea. I wonder if there is some safe way of testing it.

One thought though. If you could locate a semi-spherical bottle top it might work at more angles.

Also, will gas dissolve that material over time?
