Ooohhhh all that fuel space.
A big comfy cross country machine =)
Leave the aero parts alone, oh ok blend the winglets to be snarky, just put a new fuselage on it. (way too much room for improvement there)
Yes, we are going to finish the Cozy, just a lot of parts need to be manufactured all at once right now.
Coming to RR?

I saw several Defiants at Osh this year. Very cool to see them in real life.

I would prefer a counter-rotating prop setup to two horizontally separated props. It's been done once on a Cozy already. A pair of 13B?

If I were to put a pair of 13B turbos on anything I would want to scale down a North American OV-10 Bronco, it was such a cool aerobatic plane and building the wing would be a piece of cake since its just a huge flat slab.
Would even be a good composite project. After the T-38 its my fav plane.

THANKS STEVE!
Is that cool or what? The yank and bank turn radius on those is something absurd like 600 ft. Its a mult-purpose aircraft, though designated as an observation craft (hence the greenhouse cockpit) it can carry a lot of weapons, the back of the center fuselage opens up and can carry cargo , they even used to cram 5 marine recons in the back for low level insertions.. I guess the copilot just had to turn around and boot the nearest one in the butt and they'd all fall out =). They were also used in a longer wingspan version by forestry service and the short wingspan for border patrol.
Theres a guy that does very detailed giant scale R/C plans that did a nice job,

http://www.precisioncutkits.com/ov10a.htm

almost like having a set of plans for the full sized one, very tempting but not in this lifetime. Having enough trouble building the plane we have almost finished.

If you could fit two 0360's on that - do a 48 inch wide fuse and wedge club seating in the back and two in the front- that would be Jammin'. The nacelles could take the sift baggage if you were fully loaded with six humanz. Get 200 mph and 1000 mile range and yow!!! good stuff. The hershey bar wing might be limiting speedwise but load wise it looks great!

Only the Army could spawn something that ugly.... =)
That thing is just begging for a big smile to be painted on it (oh God, Steve will photoshop it now for sure)
Its like the joint strike fighter competition, you know damn well the other one lost, not becasue of performance, it was just butt ugly, it looked like a whale gourging itself on krill. Glad that one died in the crib.
But what the heck does all this have to do with Rotary Engine Mounts anyway..who started this mess?
