I saw that Steve (Turbo Mazda Rotory) had first flight last Friday. Once around the pattern. Temp was high but was coming down throughout the flight. He had his second, but first "official" flight on Saturday. I believe he went around the pattern a couple of times and had a long landing. The bird just wanted to keep flying.

I'd really be interested in finding out more about his engine setup. With pics of course.

BTW: He started building 20 months ago.
