Default Any Canadian Canards?

Hi Guys

I asked this before, as I'm interested in the same. I'd really like to see one up close in person built (i.e. or unbuilt) closer than the altitude they fly at. I might be crazy as I don't even have a flying license and my only experience in a small plane was many years of work up in northern Canada in Geophysics. I'd like to get some input on building and the best way to obtain a flying license up here in Canada (i.e preferably within driving distance of Toronto) as I believe the rules on experimental planes differ somewhat from our friends down in the sates.

All in input welcome
Bill
