Default Conditional Needs

If the wings are removed at a first Conditional for a new owner and everything looks fine, the plane is hangared in the Sacramento Valley for a year, flown 50 hours, how necessary is wing removal again at the next Conditional? And what would one be looking for?
Thank you.

wings are almost never removed for an annual condition inspection. the condition of the moving parts need to looked at and the torque on the wing bolts should be checked. in addition to the torque the bolts should be checked for the nuts bottoming on the threads and that the bolts are indeed holding the wings tight to the spar. it is up to the inspector but not usally done every year . the bolts could be effected by corrosion if exposed to the elements so this should be taken into account as to how often the need to be checked

Much better with a Dremel than a computer.
What if they gave me choice between a fast computer or a fast plane?
