Default Nose Wheel Source

Just found this at Grove:

Direct replacement for Brock and Gerdes 4" nose wheel.
Use with 2.80-4 8" diameter tire on VE, LE, Cozy, etc. or
with 4.10-4 10" diameter tire on Cozy Mark IV
• Static Load Rating 900lbs

• Genuine Timkin Bearings

• Felt Seals

• Weight 1.87 lbs

Dimensional Data
Both of these 4 inch nose wheels are genuine aircraft quality wheels, manufactured to the same design and specifications as our 5 inch and 6 inch wheels.

• Cast from aerospace A356-T6 aluminum

Thats all well and good but we'll sell you a nicer Gerdes that has been trued and polished with a precision internal spacer for less. Our supply of Gerdes wheels is not going to dry up soon either.
Also the Matco equivilent is also cheaper than the Grove I believe.
We have nothing against the Grove but maybe the price needs to come down?

Its called a Castoring nose wheel assembly and Jack Wilhelmson has them: http://www.eznoselift.com/pricelist.html listed as MKAA at the bottom of the page.
